We have stayed 3 or 4 times in the last 6 o 7 years every time was a great experience . It was always a vacation without any issues and if there was an issue it was taking care of quickly and efficiently

Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Great location and gorgeous view. The pictures are exactly as posted. Favorite part was having a private beach area with chairs and an umbrella everyday on the beach. We would definitely book through them again!

Great location, great condo layout, wonderful view, beach access was easy and not too crowded, and the chairs and umbrella set up every day was perfect! Condo was clean and nicely stocked with essentials. Stayed in 402B which had comfortable beds and great pillows and plenty of comfortable living room seating for our family. Easy access to restaurants and stores. Nice to have lounge chairs and table and chairs on balcony. The area is so beautiful and was so nice to be able to wake up to direct views and sounds of the ocean! Thank you for a great vacation!

Jan was an awesome host! We arrived a little earlier than expected and was able to get checked in which was much appreciated. Upon check in we were pleasantly surprised by a great welcome gift. (nice touch) This unit was completely stocked with anything you could possibly need during your stay. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The location and view can't be beat. Just a few steps and you are right on the beach. This was very handy since I have breathing problems and am on oxygen. We were excited to see dolphins several times throughout the week, sometimes jumping up out of the water. The complimentary beach service was much appreciated. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay and we honestly did not want to leave this little piece of paradise. Jan is an excellent host and responds promptly to any questions or needs. I highly recommend this unit at the Beach House. Thanks for everything Jan. we will be back!

This is the best place to rent a condo on the beach. The views are beautiful, 600 ft of private beachfront, a nice pool and several shops within walking distance including the outlet mall!

We could not ask for a better place to stay while at the beach. The condo was super close to everything you would ever need. The pool was nice and the beach entrance was perfect. We had 4 adults and 3 kids staying in our 2 bedroom condo and was a perfect fit for us. Not too small. They had everything you would possibly need. Every condo comes with a view. 1000% recommend to anyone. Plus the owner is extremely nice and willing to help with anything you need. We will be back.

This is a great place to stay! The condo was very nice and very clean. The view is beautiful. We have been going to Destin for 8 years and this time we were here during Hurricane Sally and Jan was amazing at keeping us updated and answering all my questions. We will be back for sure.
